I had the best of intentions of getting a newsletter put together for you today. I was working away on a few new blog posts, a fun article on instant pot vs. slow cooker, and I've been working on a few brand-new recipes as well. All was going well until our washing machine came to a grinding halt (you should have heard the noise... it wasn't pretty), and we discovered a leak in the roof. Needless to say my time to work on the blog is taken up by home repair
chores and finding a good deal on a new washer.
With that said, I didn't want to leave you hanging. Instead of an email full of fun tips and new recipes to try, I'm sharing just one, but it's a good one. Spaghetti and Meatballs.
I make this dish from start to finish in the Instant Pot and the meat balls are made from scratch. It's a great meal and always well received. I hope you try it. Let me know how you like it.
