This is our last week of school, and I'm getting ready to work on wrapping presents and finish up some secret Christmas knitting. Other than that, we're in pretty good shape for Christmas. How about you? 

Today I thought I'd share my recipe for homemade eggnog with you. I make at least one batch of this in the week leading up to Christmas. The key is to use the freshest eggs possible. It tastes amazing. Like custard pie in a mug.
