[HBHW] Creamy Pumpkin Dip

My Best Dips
Hello ,

It's finally getting cold around here. I woke up this morning to 48F. It's exciting. I'm digging out my sweaters and my handknit socks.

Fall of course also means it's Football season. Living in the Carolina's we try to catch the Carolina Panthers game. It was a fun game to watch yesterday and I got to relax on the couch with my honey and do some knitting which is always fun.

I made some pumpkin dip and served it with apple slices as a snack during the game and thought I'd share it with you today. It's from my latest Kindle cookbook.

Here's the recipe:

  • 2 cans pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Slivered almonds, optional

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Chill if desired.

Serve with fresh fruit slices, vanilla wafers or gingersnaps for a sweet treat.

You can find the recipe on my blog here:

Or pin it for later here:

That's it from me for now. I better get back to cleaning house and catching up on laundry. It always seems to pile up on the weekend. I'll be back on Wednesday with the HBHW newsletter.
