I finally published what's my favorite Kindle cookbook so far. It was giving me some fits with formatting and publishing but it's finally ready and I can't wait to share it with
Y'all.
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/chickencrockpot
You'll find all sorts of delicious crockpot chicken recipes in there perfect for busy weeknights. Some of
them are so easy to put together (the Crockpot Beer Chicken comes to mind) that even a spouse or older child who doesn't usually cook can put this together.
How about a little taste?
Creamy Crock Pot Chicken with Black Beans
This is one of my go-to meals. I almost always have all ingredients on hand and there's no preparation needed. Just toss it in the
crockpot and go about your day. When you get home, add the cream cheese and boil up some rice and dinner is done.
- 5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, frozen
- 1 15oz. Jars Salsa
- 1 15oz Can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 15.5oz Can Black Beans
- 1 8oz Package
Cream Cheese
Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot and add salsa, drained corn and drained beans. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours until chicken is cooked. Add cream cheese to top, recover and let sit for about 30 minutes until melted.
