Happy Monday! Are you ready for another frugal recipe? This isn't  a brand new recipe, but something that's been on the Hillbilly Housewife website for quite some time. It's a really good recipe though and I made some this weekend, so I thought I'd share it with you today.

As you can tell by the picture, it's a waffle recipe. If you've been having just waffles from the freezer, give this a try. You can pick up a waffle iron very inexpensively at the big box stores or even a thrift store... or just ask around, there may be a friend of family member who's not using theirs.

Make some waffles and enjoy with a good cup of coffee for breakfast or a mid-morning snack.
