and welcome to another edition of the HBHW newsletter.This week's edition is all about crockpot cooking again, but this time with a sweet twist. My friend Tracy is such a fan that she wrote a new ebook with 4 week's worth of recipes, menus and shopping lists.
 
The best part... the meals are all cooked in the slow cooker. We thought it would be fun to start things off with a 30 day challenge.
