Hello ,

I am also excited to share one of the most fun projects I've worked on in quite a while with you. It's a small little Kindle book full of April Fool's Day recipes.

It all started a few years ago when I made a cake out of meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I baked the meatloaf in two round cake pans and used mashed potatoes to frost it. I added some cherry tomatoes to the top (to look like cherries on a fancy cake) and served it for dinner. My daughter thought it was hilarious and even my husband cracked a smile. Since then they can't wait to see what I come up with for dinner each April 1st.

I've put some of my best recipes and ideas in a new Kindle cookbook here:

I hope you have a nice relaxing evening with your loved one. I'll be back tomorrow with your regular newsletter edition.

Warmly,
Susanne - The Hillbilly Housewife
