[HBHW] TGIF
Published: Fri, 04/26/13
Hello ,
I'm so glad it's Friday. It's been a busy week and things are finally starting to slow down. We have another busy day tomorrow, but Sunday will be all about taking it slow and recharging for the coming week. I hope you have a nice relaxing weekend ahead of you as well. Before we jump in, I'd like to share two things with you.
The first is a list of some free and cheap Kindle cookbooks. I haven't published these on the HBHW blog in a while, but I'm committed to getting back in the habit of doing that. Today I found a bunch of wonderful books, most of them with a healthy theme.
My favorite is "Easy and Raw". I don't eat a lot of raw foods, but many of the recipes in this book are wonderful, especially the homemade chocolate and chocolate covered strawberries - yum! I could not believe how easy it was to make raw chocolate... 3 ingredients and just a couple of minutes to stir everything together. We'll be making another batch of them this afternoon.
You can download the "Easy and Raw" book along with other free and cheap kindle cookbooks here:
Secondly, I wanted to remind you that the new HBHW ebook "Healthy Eating on A Budget" is still on sale for $10 through Monday.
