[HBHW News] Cornish Pasties and Stress-Free Holidays

Published: Wed, 10/17/12

Hello ,

Happy Wednesday Morning,

It keeps getting much colder around here and since we're close to the ocean, that means fogs most mornings. The weather definitely has me in the mood for more cooking and baking. This week for example, I have beef stew and meatloaf on the menu.

In today's newsletter you'll find some yummy recipes for pasties, tomato dumpling stew, and quite a few delicious soup recipes. I'll also share my thoughts on decluttering your brain in our featured article.

This week's quote and poem are both about relaxing. Throughout this week's newsletter, you'll see we're keeping our focus on doing what's necessary to enjoy each day to the fullest; from clearing the clutter from our home and our mind, to cooking soothing meals like soups and stews. Please take a moment to read and enjoy.

Here's today's edition of the newsletter:

I had a lot of fun putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please take a moment to look through the "I'm Looking for " requests and help a reader out with a recipe if you can. Of course you are always welcome to also share a frugal recipe or tip.

Warm Regards,
Susanne - The Hillbilly Housewife
