[HBHW News] Country Style French Cooking and Summer Kids

Published: Wed, 08/08/12

Hello ,

We're still traveling in Europe visiting family. Because we're trying to squeeze in as much as we can, I'm going to keep this newsletter short and sweet. I hope you'll enjoy the recipes and article I've chosen.

In this week's featured article, I'm sharing some very easy directions to make something that should be a staple in every busy household - poached chicken breasts. When you're faced with a hungry family and no ideas for dinner, this is one thing you can turn to time after time. This week's quote reminds me of the French recipes I posted and why it's not such a bad idea to eat a few vegetable-based meals a few times a week. The story I chose is just a fun look at kids and summer, since it will soon be coming to an end. Please take a moment to read and enjoy.

Here's today's edition of the newsletter:

I had a lot of fun putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please take a moment to look through the "I'm Looking for " requests and help a reader out with a recipe if you can. Of course you are always welcome to also share a frugal recipe or tip.

Warm Regards,
Susanne - The Hillbilly Housewife
