Hello ,
We are having a good time visiting with family in Germany, but the past day or so it has been surprisingly cold. It's a nice change from the hot and humid weather we've been having in South Carolina. Yesterday we went on a quick drive into France to buy some "real" french bread and croissants. We enjoyed walking around Thionville soaking up the culture and language and just relax.

Today we are off to Saarbruecken, a larger German town close to my parents to do some shopping and sightseeing. My sister and her family are coming along with my godson. He's 1 and a half and a lot of fun. I hope you are enjoying your summer as well.
