[HBHW News] Easy meals and back to school survival

Published: Wed, 08/22/12

Hello ,

I'm about to head out the door to drop my daughter off for her first day of school. So far our back to school routines are working out well and everything's going smoothly (giving me a chance to wrap up and send out the newsletter).

Since this has been on my mind a lot, this week's newsletter covers a lot of topics and recipes that will make getting back into a school day (or even workday) routine easier. I'm sure you'll find some great tips and recipes even if you don't have school-aged children.

In this week's featured article, I share with you how we learned to get organized at night to make the school mornings less chaotic. You'll also find some quick and easy breakfast ideas, simple wraps that are great for lunch and some Ramen Noodle recipes. This week's quote and story are about how we learn. Please take a moment to read and enjoy.

Here's today's edition of the newsletter:

I had a lot of fun putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please take a moment to look through the "I'm Looking for " requests and help a reader out with a recipe if you can. Of course you are always welcome to also share a frugal recipe or tip.

Warm Regards,
Susanne - The Hillbilly Housewife
