I hope you are having a great summer and enjoyed this past weekend. After lots of rain and thunderstorms, we were able to finally get out in the sun and go for a long walk on the beach yesterday. My legs are sore, but we all had a great time (and needed the exercise after being cooped up in the house much of last week).
