[HBHW News] The Gift Of An Unknown Future

Published: Wed, 01/18/12

Hello ,

The first few weeks of 2012 have just been flying by for me. There just don't seem to be enough hours in each day this year (no big surprise here). This week seems extra busy because it's my daughter's birthday on Friday. It's hard to believe, but Britana is turning 9 this week. My recipe for yellow cake mix will come in handy to make 20+ cup cakes for her to share with her class.

This week we're featuring an article that will help you replace one of the most expensive convenience foods you are currently buying - broth.  It seems just about every other recipe you make calls for chicken broth.  Read this article to find out how you can save BIG by replacing those cans of broth you've been buying.  Be sure to scroll down and check out this article.

This week's quote and story are about noticing all the wonderful things right in our path every day, and embracing the unknown future and seeing it as a gift.  Please take a moment to read and enjoy.

Here's today's edition of the newsletter:

I had a lot of fun putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please take a moment to look through the "I'm Looking for " requests and help a reader out with a recipe if you can. Of course you are always welcome to also share a frugal recipe or tip.

Warm Regards,
