Welcome to another edition of the Hillbilly Housewife Newsletter. I've continued to move more and make better food choices. I'm excited to report that the pounds slowly but surely keep melting off. At this point I'm losing only about 1 lb per week, but that's ok. It took me a long time to let my weight creep up this high. I am enjoying the extra energy this healthy and clean living is giving me. It comes in handy as I'm tackling spring cleaning tasks. 

In this week's featured article, you'll find a simple nuts-and-bolts approach to healthier eating habits on a tight budget.  And it all begins, you guessed it, with a plan.
