[HBHW News] The Worlds Most Frugal Soup

Published: Wed, 02/16/11

Hello ,

Welcome to another edition of the Hillbilly Housewife Newsletter. You may notice that the main HBHW site has a slightly new look. It's not quite finished yet, but should be cleaner and make it easier for you to find what you're looking for. Eventually the newsletter will match the new look.

Our featured article this week takes a serious look at involving the entire family in moving through this difficult process of getting back on track financially.  I hope you'll scroll down and click on to take a look.

Also be sure to take a look at the recipes I've included this week.  I chose some of the most frugal recipes I could find.  Remember, too, that I'm always interested in YOUR favorite frugal recipes.  You'll notice I featured a frugal soup recipe and credited the contributor.  If you submit a good frugal recipe, I'll be sure to watch for it and try to feature you as well.

This week's quote and story are about courage and worry.  When you have the courage to accept losing, you are often rewarded with winning.  I found a nice little poem about the importance of putting worry where it belongs.  I hope you will scroll down and enjoy both our quote and story this week.

Here's today's edition of the newsletter:

I had a lot of fun putting this together for you and I hope you enjoy it as well. Please take a moment to look through the "I'm Looking for " requests and help a reader out with a recipe if you can. Of course you are always welcome to also share a frugal recipe or tip.

Warm Regards,
Susanne - The Hillbilly Housewife

P.S. Don't miss the newest HBHW ebook - "Get Out Of Debt For Good". It includes the exact strategy my husband and I used to get out of over $20,000 in consumer debt. If I can do it, so can you with this simple, fool-proof strategy.
