I hope you had a wonderful weekend (and Memorial Day Holiday if you are living in the United States). I just love this "official" beginning of the summer. We did some grilling and lots of hanging out with family and friends. 

 

Unfortunately that's bad news for you... I'm a little behind on work and the HBHW newsletter won't be ready until tomorrow morning. 

 

I do however want to share a recipe with you that I made yesterday. It turned out great and is a perfect way to use up some of those apricots that are now in season.
